Not only is she madly in love with her spouse, actor Liam Hemsworth, Miley is also very passionate about ensuring that everyone else is allowed to love whoever they want, regardless of gender. To promote such equality, Miley started the Happy Hippie Foundation which is dedicated to such a cause.
Apparently, Miley was inspired by Leelah Alcorn, who is the teenager that reportedly took her own life because she was a trans-person and simply couldn’t take the injustices thrown against her anymore.
